Steamatic of Central FL, Inc is part of an International franchise system specializing in cleaning. Services include carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, water and fire restoration and more.

In 1948, two Fort Worth, TX businessmen decided to start a cleaning business. From the beginning, it was obvious their company would be unique and innovative. Bill Blackmon and Scott Mooring built a reputation of high standards and reliability that soon made them the leader in the cleaning and restoration industry.

As their market expanded, an idea formed to sell their unique hot-water recirculation cleaning systems through franchise opportunities, enabling people around the world to take advantage of their expertise and knowledge. In 1967, Blackmon and Mooring formed Steamatic Inc. to market franchises featuring their patented cleaning method.

In 1970, Jerry Sullivan established Steamatic of Central Florida and today his daughter Kimberley and grandson Van continues Steamatic’s growth offering carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, water and fire restoration, contents pack out and many more services.

Today, Steamatic stands poised to continue its leadership in the industry and aggressively expand its franchise operations globally as well as here in the United States.

Steamatic of Central Florida is an amazing family company that will get the job right every single time! My family and I wanted to get the carpet steam cleaned, and the AC vents, as well as the dryer vent cleaned. Ms. Kimberly was an absolute doll and went through the entire process of each service, the price, and what to do after each service was done, etc. In addition to this, the pricing was not only affordable, but the professionalism of the team and the quality of the service was unforgettable and like no other. I recently bought a home where the owner was a three pack a day smoker and the odor of cigarette smoke lingered in the home even after months of not being occupied. After having my duct work cleaned and sanitized the odor was gone. We suspected possibly mold, soot, bacteria, viruses, mildew, and accumulation of dust from construction of home 8 years ago. John and his partner did a very thorough job of cleaning out all the vents and ducts and assuring us that there was no mold issues in our home. John also pointed out things for me to have Del Air look at when they come in to do maintenance work on the AC system. Thank you To John and his partner.
